Freedom of Information

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for AHRQ are handled by the Division of FOIA Services within the Program Support Center (PSC). You may submit your request to PSC electronically. The request can also be submitted by mail, fax, courier, e-mail, or in person. Requests must be submitted in writing, but no special form is needed. Mark both your envelope and letter "Freedom of Information Act Request" to help ensure that your request is forwarded to the FOIA office. Requests may be directed to:

Research Impact

AHRQ is interested in feedback from the private and public sectors on how our research findings or products are being used and their impact on organizations, service, delivery, and quality of care.
